- Hours: Part-time, Thursday to Sunday evenings. We're open 4pm to 10pm; some roles start a little earlier for prep.
- Pay: £10.85 (18–20) or £12.71 (21+) an hour
- Age: 18+ (hot oil)

Paid through payroll (PAYE), with holiday pay and a workplace pension where eligible.
Pay follows the UK National Minimum Wage age bands (from April 2026).
What you'll do
- Cooking our chip-shop range: fish, chips, haggis and sides
- Working our fryers, which cook in beef dripping
- Handling hot oil safely
- Cleaning the fryers and your station
What we're looking for
- Aged 18 or over, because the job uses hot-oil equipment
- Able to work some evenings between Thursday and Sunday
You'll need the right to work in the UK.
