Ivanos Italian Food take-away has become a fixture on the Whitesands in Dumfries. Our family run business continues to make the best tasting pasta dishes, pizza and panini in Dumfries and Galloway.
Ivano was born in Lucca, Tuscany, in 1957 and moved to Dumfries about 20 years ago. He loves cooking and produces authentic Italian home cooking.
The Tuscan influence permeates the food on offer and gives the dishes a distinct flavour that has helped the business to grow with more and more regular returning customers.
Ivanos specialises in freshly prepared and cooked Italian cuisine but there is a full and traditional fish and chips menu and extensive vegetarian menu also available for take away or home delivery.

Romana-style pizza
Our pizzas are made in the style of Romana thin crust pizzas with Ivano's personal recipe that he has adapted and perfected for 20 years.

Our chicken fillets are roasted daily in our pizza oven, for our Pollo dishes and pizzas.
